There are no laws prohibiting with a man to put on a skirt, to make up himself and to be beautiful! To dress himself and dress himself like he likes, according to his personality or his mood is an obviousness and basic right. But as for the woman, this freedom is connected with the duty to harmonize colors, clothing and silhouette... under penalty of being ridiculous...   The difficulty comes rather from the step itself. One, there is the fear of being ridiculous and being the first in a completely new fashion and thus shown of the finger.   two, it's difficult to find this new clothing.
